Farid Siyahpar M.Sc. DO

I discovered my interest in medicine very early on. Even as a high school student, I studied physiology and anatomy. The interest in sport, especially strength training and the fascination with healing with bare hands, moved me towards physiotherapy and manual medicine.

After studying physiotherapy with a bachelor's degree at the main university in Tehran, I worked as a physiotherapist for a few years. But I already knew that it was still too little and I wanted more. To fulfill this wish, I started studying medicine at the University of Vienna. Towards the end of the first part of the study, it slowly became clear to me that it was not the right one for me either, because it is mainly based on apparatus-based examination methods and medicinal and / or surgical treatment methods, and at the same time the individual and personal care of the patient and above all the holistic approach Stay on track, and that's exactly what I found in osteopathy.
